Presents key aspects of laboratory setups, operating procedures and emergency preparedness measures necessary for the experimentalist at UIUC, and in his/her future career. Same as CHEM 494. Approved for S/U grading only. Credit earned does not count toward M.S. or Ph.D. degree in MSE.
